Welcome to Savio: Screen Time & Focus AI (“App”), developed by Expand Times (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using Savio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

Savio is a free Focus App with an optional Pro subscription that unlocks advanced features like strict mode. Manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in Google Play.
1. Use of the App
- Savio is designed to help you reduce screen time, stop mindless scrolling, block Reels & Shorts, implement Pomodoro timers, and build productive habits with AI guidance.
- You may use the App for personal, non-commercial self-improvement and study purposes.
- You agree not to use the App for any unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Savio on your personal Android device.
This license does not allow you to:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Savio;
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App to any third party;
- Use the App in any manner that could interfere with, damage, or compromise its stability and security.
3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
- Free Features: Savio includes free focus tools, timers, and basic app blocking.
- Pro Subscription: Certain advanced capabilities, such as Strict Mode, detailed AI coach reflections, and custom DNS filters, require an active Pro subscription or lifetime unlock.
- Billing and Cancellation: Subscriptions are processed through Google Play. You may manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Google Play Store account settings. Payments and refunds are subject to Google Play’s billing policies.
4. Permissions and User Consent
- Savio utilizes Android's Accessibility Service solely to detect short-video feeds (Reels, Shorts) and blocked apps selected by you. Savio never accesses typed messages or passwords.
- Safe DNS features utilize a local VPN service exclusively to filter out harmful or adult domains if activated by the user.
- You have full control over permissions and may grant or revoke them at any time in your device settings, noting that certain blocking features require active permissions to operate.
5. Digital Wellbeing and Medical Disclaimer
- Savio provides productivity tracking, study timers, and digital detox assistance to support personal goals.
- Savio is not a healthcare tool or medical treatment for clinical addiction. Outcomes depend on individual commitment and usage habits.
6. Intellectual Property
- All trademarks, design assets, software code, UI designs, and brand identity belonging to Savio and Expand Times remain our exclusive property.
- You may not use our brand assets or logos without express prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
- Savio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Expand Times shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms as the App evolves. The updated terms will be published on this page and reflected in the App with an updated effective date.
